Our approach

The wellbeing of our players comes first. Gambling should be entertainment, so set a budget before you play and never stake more than you can afford.

Signs to watch for

Be honest with yourself if you spend more time or money than planned, argue with people close to you about gambling, feel guilty after playing, skip work or other plans to play, or hide how much you gamble. If any of this sounds familiar, use one of the tools below and talk to someone.

Limits you can set

In your profile you can cap your deposits, your net losses and the total amount you wager for a day, a week or a month. Lowering a limit works at once. If you want to raise or remove it, the change waits a full day first.

Taking a break

You can pause your account for a day, a week, a month or three months. While the break lasts you cannot deposit or receive promotions, but you can still withdraw your balance. The account opens again on its own when the break ends.

Self-exclusion

For a longer stop you can exclude yourself for three or six months, a year, five years or for good. During this time you cannot bet or deposit, you receive no promotions, and you can still withdraw what is left in your account. The exclusion covers every brand of our licence holder.
