Who can play

You can open a Casiny account if you are 18 or older, or older still where your local law sets a higher gambling age. We may ask you for proof of age at any moment. You also need to be legally able to enter into an agreement with us and to live where online gambling is permitted.

Your location

Hiding or changing your real location with a VPN, a proxy or a similar tool is not allowed.

One account per person

Each player may hold only one Casiny account. If we find several accounts that belong to the same person, including accounts opened through relatives or other people, we can close them straight away. An account is personal: it cannot be sold, handed over or bought from someone else, and money cannot be moved between player accounts.

Registration and verification

Fill in the sign-up form yourself and keep your contact details, especially your e-mail address, correct and up to date. Before you play or cash out we may ask you to become a verified customer and send documents that confirm who you are. We can decline a registration without giving a reason.

Deposits

Pay only with a card, bank account or payment system registered in your own name. We do not accept payments from third parties or business cards. In most cases we cover the transaction fees for deposits, while your own bank charges stay with you. Charge-backs and reversed payments are not allowed.

Withdrawals

You can cash out funds that are cleared and not tied to an active bonus. Withdrawals go back to the method you used to deposit, and we may check your identity first, for example with photo ID, proof of address, a selfie or a short verification call. If a deposit has not been played through at least once, a fee of 8% may be taken from the withdrawal. Monthly withdrawal limits apply.

Account closure

You can ask us to close your account by writing to our support team from the e-mail address registered on the account. We may also suspend or close an account when these rules are broken or the fairness of our games is at risk.

Gambling should stay a form of entertainment. Stop when it stops being fun and never bet money you cannot afford to lose.
